Designing and analysis
We use the latest CAD/CAM CATIA V5 and solid works tools to design the initial concepts and composite parts and prepare assembly instructions, drawings of parts and assemblies, model and tools made of fibre-reinforced polymers.

Simulations and analysis using FEA
We perform calculations using finite element analysis to examine composite structures. Such calculations can be used to make the structure “leaner” or reinforce its critical points, which optimises the designs even before the production of test prototypes, reducing costs.

Milling
The models and products are milled using a 3-axis CNC milling machine with a 2300x1600x400 working area.

Assembly
The parts are assembled in a room conforming to a high standard of cleanliness, with continuously monitored parameters.

Curing
The products are cured with an autoclave.

Finish
The end products are painted and polished.

Geometric measurements
The geometric features are measured with the Stinger measuring arm.

Non-destructive tests (NDT)
Non-destructive tests are carried out using the Olympus EPOCH 650 flaw detector with 5 and 10 MHz probes.

Strength tests
Strength tests are performed with the TIRATEST 2160 and ZD100 static strength testing machines.

Fatigue tests
Fatigue tests are conducted at the fatigue testing unit with a frequency of 1–2 Hz, equipped with the TMX-0204E four-channel strain-gauge system and a universal system for fastening the finished component.
